My preferred normative drawing cards mode in this regard would have to be the Participative path. I like how the leader is hypothetical to consult with the group members to gather all their suggestions. I am a very hands on type of learner, and I like that the leader would always be in that fix fashioning sure everything was running smoothly. To me this means that I would be lenient towards my employees and I would want to be there for them when they needed me. I would conceive my job seriously, but near like my leadership style choice, I would want to be there for them and my employees to be there for me. I could see myself by chance changing my style to a supportive style if I needed too. I also lik e how the leader of the positive style seems to doctor emotionally connected with his employees.
